What are the healthcare issues in california?

I hear ppl keep talking about the “healthcare issues”, but i couldn’t really find out what the problems are. Like… “healthcare problems also contribute to homelessness”… but i don’t know what are the problems that they keep mentioning. could you give me some ideas from which i can do further research? I’m new to this country and i have to do it for my class assignment. thank u so much.
