Is United Health Care good Health Insurance to have?

My job is offering Health Insurance under United Health care but I have never hear of it, is this good health Insurance to have?

    There is no way for anyone else to answer that for you, since each employer has a package from the insurance that is tailored specifically for him (as in as little coverage as he can get away with for his employees). You are going to have to look over the specific policy and ask any questions you have relating to your conditions and the coverage you need before accepting the job.

    I have been happy with the service I have received from UHC. They are a reputable company. I can’t tell you specifics as it varies from policy to policy.

    Yes. UHC is a good company.
    However, if you have to pay %50 of the premiums you may be better off with your own individual policy because an individual policy costs less (depending on what state you live in) and, you own the policy! With a group plan, when you leave your job you also leave your insurance.
