Health care management and administration deals much with the same tasks such as budgeting, marketing, meeting with stake holders, dealing with several of hospitals in your given area, organizing and managing the staff that are through various departments.  They also are in charge of orchestrating different rules and regulations in process of discipline, hiring and firing etc. through various hospital regions.

From what I could see, I believe that you would need a little bit higher than a diploma. It would be either a bachelors or a masters.</description>
