Her plan means, if you dont pay it, it will be taken out of your paychecks… If you dont get paychecks then they will fine you… It’s kinda like taxes… you’ll be forced to pay for it…
ARE WE REALLY READY FOR A MANDATED MONTHLY BILL? FORCED TO PAY?
Since she wants to force us to buy her health insurance, maybe she should talk about Raising the minimum wage so we can pay for it…

This shouldn’t surprise me though… this is the same woman that voted for the war, which she’s so against now. She does what ever is popular at the time… Talk about a flip flopper

  2. Mary Jo W Says:

    her plan will break us
better with no plan than hers

  3. Ole Gimlet Eye Says:

Hillary’s plan will put you in long waiting lines to see a doctor.

For example in Canada their socialized medicine (Hillary’s Plan) the lines are so long for free care (not necessarily the same doctor) that people are going to illegal pay for health care practitioners that are springing up everywhere .

Don’t get sick with any socialist Democrat you put in office ;)

  4. dlk Says:

Yea right, and if you can’t pay for such a plan you are either “fined” or your wages are garnished to pay for the plan. (As I heard on a Fox News interview with Hillary this afternoon.) All the other candidates also have their plans. All the issues concerning their plans have not come out in the open as yet. I think we as voters NEED to hear all the facts on the issues before we go to vote.

  5. Beyounce Says:

    She doesn’t have a plan.
She has a mouth trying to get in the big house.
She is for herself and continuing to be in Washington.

That’s it in a nut shell.

  6. yifearnone Says:

Her health care plan is just a pot of gold for her to borrow out of like social security , because it has been borrowed out and she knows it because her hubby has a few IOUs in it already from his term. She knows she needs a new pot of gold for her term! Face it, they all just want the controle of our money and it has nothing to do with us! Its just buisness, thats what Rich people know best!

  7. Katie Says:

hilary’s plan is unreasonable, and she should try living pay check to pay check.

  8. Rossco Says:

    Ron Paul:
The problems with our healthcare system are not results of too little government intervention, but rather too much. Patients and doctors, rather than Big Government and Big Pharmaceutical, should be in charge of the American healthcare system. We also need to rethink the whole system of HMOs and managed care, which has stripped doctors of the freedom to collectively negotiate with insurance companies to drive down the cost of medical care. Additionally, I would res-structure the tax code to allow individual Americans to deduct all medical expenses, as employers can. I would also eliminate federal regulations that discourage small businesses from providing coverage, and oppose further expansion of the FDA and other supra-national regulating bodies that impose artificial barriers and costs in healthcare. The bottom line is simple: we need to lessen government involvement in the healthcare industry and return control of healthcare dollars and decisions to the individual

  9. paper mage Says:

Mitt Romney’s plan is similar, except for the part about the mandates and the government paying for it all.

Under the Romney plan, the government helps everyone find a plan that they can afford. This has the added benefit of giving the insurance companies the incentive to be more competitive in their prices.

The plan also gives tax bonuses to people who set aside savings to pay for insurance. It’s like his other tax plan, where all personal savings, including annuities and interest on those savings, become 100% tax deductible.

  10. Just my opinion Says:

Yeah just what we need another government plan where everyone is forced to pay for health care or pay a fine or have our wages garnished. No Thanks!
Hillary had 8 years to pass Health Care and failed. What has changed.
Obama wants to make it more affordable but is trusting Americans to buy it if they want it.

  11. tnfarmgirl Says:

I didn’t realize that politicians needed to offer health care plans- isn’t that what we have Blue Cross Blue Shield, State Farm, Farmers and all those other privately owned companies for.
Why would the government be involved in health care at all ( (unless we are a socialist nation)?

  12. April Says:

Hey there answerer ‘Monica Lewinsky’, who made you the authority on the Clinton campaign? I am not a supporter of Hillary’s but it’s very clear that you have no clue what you are talking about. Have you even been to her website? At least I decided why I didn’t like each candidate on fact, and not your made up fiction. I am especially passionate on the issue of healthcare being a state agent.

Hillary will not be forcing anyone to take anything. If you read from her site she is simply opening up the federal congressional plan to all to buy it if they want to with no pre-ex. This is good for those currently ill that plans will not cover due to a current health condition or for those to get a better plan than their employer currently offers. You get a tax credit if you don’t take it and you can keep what you have if you like it. No forcing you to go on it, no taking money or fines. Where did you get that made up crap?

Don’t be such a dolt, do your research. At least I know why I don’t like Hillary and it has nothing to do with your falsehoods on her healthcare plan.

To answer the asker’s question DO NOT ask on this forum. You get too many made up answers, like ‘Monica Lewinsky’s’. Go to each candidate’s official website and click on issues. It will lay out a plan to let you know where each one stands. Make up your own mind based on the FACTS!

I have a brother that lives in Canada. He has four badly damaged disks in his back.
He went to his family doctor last August about this problem.
Last fall his back became so painfull that he could only work part time. He could not stand up for a full shift so he was partially disabled and on pain medication.
His back continues to get worse.
Now he is in so much pain that he can’t work at all. He is taking Dilaudid which is about the strongest narcotic that you can take. He is now fully disabled.
He still has not seen an orthopedic surgeon.
The wait to see an Orthopedic Surgeon in his province of Nova Scotia is TWO years.
That is not the wait for surgery, that is the wait for the initial consultation.
Is that the kind of health care you want?

I lived in Canada with socialized medicine for 37 years, ten of those years I worked in the health care system. In the last ten years I have lived in the U.S. and have worked in the same Hospital.
So I’m not just someone with an opinion derived from the sum of other people’s opinions. I have seen both systems work not in theoretical terms but in actual day to day experience.

Let me assure you that health care in America, even for the destitute, is better than health care in Canada. Canadian health care is equally poor for everyone. That is except for the wealthy, who come to the U.S. when they don’t want to wait years for care.

Just wondering, if your Doctor told you that if you didn’t get a heart bypass operation you would likely die, how long would you like to wait? Six months? a year? In my hospital in Texas you would have it today!
